Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the following:
1. Refund Method:
- If booked from the website: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) used at the time of booking.
 - If booked via email, phone call or walk-in: Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer. The customer has to provide their bank details – Account Number, Account Name, Bank Name and IFSC along with a copy of a cancelled cheque.
 
2. Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business working days from the date of cancellation.
 
3. Non-Refundable Charges:
- Any taxes, payment gateway charges, or non-refundable components will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
 
4. Disputes or Delay:
