1. Check-in / Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Domestic guests are requested to present any of the following valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License).
  • Foreign guests are requested to present their Passports with valid Visas.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receiving the advance of the full booking amount.
  • Cancellation of a booking can be done as per the Cancellation Policy that prevails at the time of booking.
  • No show: If any guest fails to check in within 6 hours of the scheduled check-in time and does not inform the hotel about the late arrival in advance, the booking will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed. For unmarried couples, all guests must be aged 18 years or older and must present any of the following government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License).

4. Child Age Policy

  • The child’s age limit is 12 years.

5. Visitor Policy

  • For the safety and privacy of our guests, visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.
  • All visitor meetings must take place in the reception area from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to any unauthorized visitors.

6. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods:
  • For website booking: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking.
  • For counter booking: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Cash.

7. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow local customs and hotel decorum. Drunken or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Silence hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

8. Damage & Loss Policy

  • Any damage to hotel property (furniture, fittings, appliances, linens, etc.) by the guest will be charged accordingly.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft.

9. In-room Dining & Housekeeping

  • The menu available for in-room dining may differ from the menu available in the restaurant and cafeteria.
  • Housekeeping available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

10. Power & Heating

  • The hotel provides backup power in case of outages.
  • The hotel provides a Room Heater (without any extra charges) on request.

11. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises due to hygiene and comfort concerns of other guests.

12. Food Policy and Restaurant & Cafeteria Use

  • The restaurant serves multi-cuisine meals and is open to both hotel guests and the public.
  • The cafeteria serves hot beverages and snacks and is open to the hotel guests only.
  • Complimentary breakfast or meals (if opted for) are served only in the restaurant and are non-transferable/non-sharable.
  • Outside food is not allowed in the hotel premises.

13. Safety & Security

  • 24x7 security and surveillance via CCTV in public areas.
  • Guests must not invite outside visitors into rooms. Visitors are allowed only in the reception area till 8:00 PM.
  • Fire safety instructions and emergency exit routes are displayed in all rooms.

14. Accessibility Notice

  • The hotel has lift access up to the 5th floor only.
  • However, please note that there are no additional accessible facilities (such as ramps, accessible toilets, or support infrastructure) for specially-abled guests or children currently.

15. Force Majeure & Emergency Situations

  • In the event of any natural calamity (e.g., landslides, heavy rainfall, earthquakes) or unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel's control (such as political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or infrastructure failure):
  • Hotel services, including essential utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.), may be disrupted.
  • The hotel reserves the right to:
  • Request in-house guests for immediate check-out / evacuation from the premises for safety reasons.
  • Cancel any confirmed booking(s) without prior notice.
  • No compensation or refund may be applicable under such force majeure conditions.

16. Environment & Local Sensitivity

  • Please conserve water and electricity.
  • Darjeeling is a plastic-sensitive zone; please avoid use of single-use plastic.
  • Guests are encouraged to respect the serenity of the hills and the local community.
