We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
1. Free or Partial Cancellation
- Guests can cancel their booking with 100% refund up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Guests can cancel their booking with 50% refund up to 3 days before the check-in date.
2. No Refund Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the booking amount.
3. No Show
- If any guest fails to check in within 6 hours of the scheduled check-in time and does not inform the hotel about the late arrival in advance, the booking will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

- Cancellations must be made via your registered account on our website or by emailing our reservations desk at info@smartluthhospitality.com.
