- Cancellation Charges
- 100% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3 days prior to check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 3 days prior to check-in.
- No Show: If any guest fails to check in within 6 hours of the scheduled check-in time and does not inform the hotel about the late arrival in advance, the booking will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
